Cancelling 48 hours or more before your tour
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour start time and you get a full refund of what you paid, whether that was the deposit or the full price.
Cancelling less than 48 hours before your tour
Within 48 hours of the tour, the deposit is non-refundable. If you paid in full, we refund the amount above the deposit.
Weather or cruise ship cancellations
If we cancel because of unsafe weather, or your cruise ship cancels its Roatán port call, you get a full refund. We can also move you to another date if you prefer.
How to cancel or request a refund
Message us on WhatsApp or call +504 8884-7322 with your name, tour and date. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show them.
