When you book or contact us through our booking form, WhatsApp or Stripe checkout, we collect your name, email, phone number, cruise ship or hotel, tour date, party size and any messages you send about your booking.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch this site.
How we use it
We use your information only to book, confirm and communicate with you about your tour. We share it only with the local guides and operators needed to run your tour, and with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe, Cloudflare and our email provider.
We don't sell your data
We never sell or rent your personal information.
Security and how long we keep it
We use secure (HTTPS) connections, trusted providers and limited access to protect your information. We keep booking information only as long as needed to run your tour and meet accounting and legal requirements, then delete it.
Deleting your information
To see or delete the information we hold about you, email or call us and we will take care of it promptly.
